  20. In other words, buying a 400 user licence does NOT mean that each and every one of those 400 people can write or call with questions or problems.

Please note that if you buy a 50 user licence for $300 today and then wish to add another 50 users later on, you would pay a total of $600, which would buy you a 200 user licence to start with. So try and anticipate your user base growth and you stand to make considerable savings in the long run.
